This app needs work. Doesn't fit my screen, half the time won't load, the test info available from each donation appt isn't complete, and lacking ranges, the appt locations recorded aren't accurate. If I donate at a mobile clinic at least that tidbit is provided, albeit without the location address. It would be helpful to be able to look back and see accurate locations - not all locations given that is 30 miles from where I donated. FIX THIS APP PLEASE!

This App is terrible. I have a Bloodworks Northwest account and have No Problem logging into the portal online, seeing my scheduled appointments, past appointments and scheduling new appointments, etc. But when I download this App I cannot log in; Username/credentials error. I cannot recreate the account because it already exists. Cannot retrieve or reset the password. Says it sent a reset but it does not. Terrible App. I will login through my browser instead. Fix your App.

This app has stopped working for me. I can't login and when I tell it to send me my username or password to my email it never arrives. Since I can't get in (to this one or the previous app) I can't use the app and it makes scheduling donations more difficult.

A Donor Portal account is needed to reset a username or password, so if you don’t already have one, we can set up an account with you so you can access all the features of the portal and app.
