Ratings and reviews

Apparently the developers do not care about the consistency of same or similar complaints. Cannot log in for various reasons. Been going on for years. If, that's a big if, I'm able to log in, the app works great. Shouldn't have to call my local center to make an appointment. I think more donation appointments would be made of the app works.

Login button does nothing. No error. No loading bar. Nothing. And the website doesn't work on mobile for logging into account either. I literally have to login using my computer. Editing. I was able to login after I received my "donation accepted" email. App works as expected when logged in. Pleas add some sort of "account not ready, try later" error for new users who's accounts are in between first appointment and fully setup.

Wow this app actually sucks! You literally cannot see any information regarding your recent donations, its just a bunch of blank pages. I tried calling their support and they just direct me to voice mail boxes. Their website is also has a couple of issues. Unless you want to schedule an appointment, which seems to be working, dont even bother downloading. Totally deserves lowest rating for lack of basic technology design and support.
