Sad😔. I saved for 12 months, but I could not easily withdraw my money from the float account on the withdrawal date. The float account has currently been debited with #40,000 without being dropped in my destination account. Worse case, I couldn't reach any of their customer care numbers. Sincerely, I'm not happy because the purpose of saving is completely defeated. 40k is a whole lot of money for me to lose.

Sincerely speaking, my experience using this application has been wonderful, the savings feature on the app is really nice, speaking about the float, vault, auto-save, interest rate, and partner discount is a really catchy. The withdrawal procedure is very swift. For real this is a really superb finance app to manage your finances, I can tell you for free... 😁

There's nothing good about this Herconomy app, the app is not easy to navigate. Then, withdrawal is not made easy, you will practically have to be begging them to allow you withdraw you funds, and the customer rep are not helpful. The reason for keeping/saving money is to be bale to meet emergencies. And if I'm not able to get my money when I need it, the whole purpose of saving is forfeited. I even had to wait for the agreed time to withdraw, yet the app keeps saying insufficient fund. Sad.
