Unfortunately there's nothing fluid, friendly, or easy to use about heritage bank app. It's a colossal disaster and a total nightmare. It never opens, when it does it refuses to go through with transactions. There is always a problem with the bank service. This is an app you can't trust! More often than not you'll be left stranded and embarrassed when trying to make a payment for an item you've picked or service you've use. If there was a star lower than 1 I would have picked it begrudgingly.

This is mostlikely the worst app I've ever used. Right from the get go it was a total mess. Not user friendly at all. I had to go to the bank to be able to register on the app! Isn't the point of an app to make things more convenient? Requires an unnecessarily complicated password and I've had to download and reinstall a minimum of 3 times with different issues at each point. Horrible! Right now when I open the app all I see is "Retry" and nothing else.

HB PADIE - A TOTAL FAILURE! The app in recent time is a total failure. It isn't just working. I've reinstalled several times but nothing has changed; it has completely stopped working as it has even gone blank. I wish to advise those concern to withdraw the app for a total overhauling before reintroducing it again because as it is now it is not projecting the image of the bank well. It's a sign of a sick and dying bank. If it were possible I'll give it a negative rating score.
