This app is just terrible, I've been trying to make a transfer for days. It keeps saying "invalid response from the bank," even after trying different banks to be sure. It's always been like this from day one, not reliable. It seems this app went from bad to worse. You can't make emergency transactions with this app. Please do something about it.

I don't even know where to start, d app is just frustrating. Hb padie has got to be one of the most useless banking apps in Nigeria. They keep updating rubbish, and making it impossible for you to get anything done. There's also the matter of not being able to recharge via the app. It's just annoying tbh. No wonder the bank hasn't grown......

The most useless and frustrating bank app I have ever seen in my life💔, I can't even transact with a customer without having any problem it's either I receive an error message saying that the bank doesn't recognize the account or I can't access the app, very useless and frustrating you guys should work in it😔. Am very sorry to say this but the app is very poor for a financial institution. I have been trying to execute I transaction for the past 25minutes now but all to no avail. Waste of rate
