Ratings and reviews

App worked fine until they instituted pointles additional authentication. Makes the app clunky and adds an unnecessary hurtle. If a person is signing in on their phone, then if they get a text or call to the same device, it's pointless. There should at least be a way to opt out of it.

A year later, and fingerprint login never turns on despite how many times I've logged in with my password and enabled Biometrics. Previous issues with returning to bank account view after going to eDocuments seem to have been resolved.

I have always loved the app. but as of recent with the update making it so I have to get a code texted to me is inconvenient. I have security measures setup on my phone. The bank is making it so I don't want to be a member with them anymore
