History Quest is a quiz program created to help introduce students to the traditional history stories of Western Civilization. Our resources include several thousand multiple choice questions covering four important periods of history and hundreds of pages of study aids. The game is integrated with the Heritage History online library so
players have access to over 500 classical student histories.

The quiz program can be used in two ways. In 'History Quest' mode, players answer questions from an entire program category (such as Roman History) and earn points depending on both speed and difficulty.

In 'Knowledge Medal' mode, players focus only on one era at a time (such as the Punic Wars), and have access to study materials and reading recommendations. In this way students can learn history as they play. Users who would like to compete against other History Quest players, can enroll on the Heritage History Leaderboard and post their scores. Students can also use the 'Share Results' feature to email an encrypted record of their progress to an instructor or other group members.
