Worst ever! Worst ever!! Worst ever!!! I cannot imagine a bank still operating in the past as this, despite the technological advancement in banking industry. I recently visited the branch to obtain an ATM card, after filling the form thinking that they will issue the card instantly, lo and behold, I was asked to come back after one week, whereas I left for another bank for the same purpose and I got the ATM card immediately. Now I downloaded the app which cannot be accessed. Step up your games!

Heritage bank is a good bank with a seemingly poor attention to its digital services. This app works in an epileptic style and is bound to disappoint you when needed the most. I would suggest you improve the UI and upgrade some of the apps feature.

Please you guys should work on this app, always saying exceeded transfer limit for the day for every transaction. Your hbpadie after upgrade to 2.0 it's always having problems it won't allow you to log in or register. Please update our hbmobile let's continue with it. Thanks
