Ratings and reviews

I was asked to provide extra information after a failed delivery. The online chat errorred every time I used it and wouldn't let me type (tried on laptop and mobile). Tried downloading this app as an alternative but the app just redirects you to the web address for customer service. Ended up ringing and still waiting on an automated response. In summary, I am still missing my parcel but now I also have this pointless app! What a waste of time - I would not recommend

It tracks. Its "delivery photos" fail to show just where items have been "delivered". It asks for feedback that seems to make no difference to delivery issues (customer assistance are the same. It allows for "instructions" that the driver will neither access nor act upon. In fact it's worse than that as emails state: "Please note that doorstep instructions can only be provided via our website, not the Evri app." Looks slick but offers damn all. A substitute for assistance and ignored by driver.

My Evri couriers are brilliant, but I don't get notifications that they're coming until they're pretty much on the doorstep, or sometimes after they've been. Also, tried to arrange a return through the app and it crashed every time I tried to put in a return reason for the items (required), so had to do it through the website. Don't think I've had a problem before, so this may be a bug in the new update.
