What to do if you’re the only human on a spaceship? Several years ago a research space mission was launched, but the equipment started acting out, and there seems to be a traitor on board.

Odysseus Kosmos and his robot Quest is a funny pixel space game with quests inspired by the point and click adventure games traditions of the Nineties.

A space ship stuck among stars, waiting for other astronauts to arrive on their research mission. But there’s never a dull moment for our hero.

You play the astronaut Odysseus Kosmos - a lazy, but charming spacecraft engineer who loves coffee and cookies. He’s been waiting for his colleagues to join him at this huge space research lab for ages. His partner is a robot called Barton Quest, who’s got quite the personality! Barton is equipped with AI and clearly knows much more than he lets on...Maybe he is an impostor?

Keeping the humongous ship operational, research to be done, odd phenomena caused by the giant black hole nearby - it all leaves our hero without so much as a minute’s rest.

The player is to help the hero out with all these challenges, solve a ton of puzzles, and meet the other astronauts when they return to the ship, despite the time flow discrepancies.

Ratings and reviews

I had issues with the game the first time that I played it. It definitely makes you play "find the pixel" too often, which makes puzzles more difficult because you'll think that you had the wrong solution even though you were correct. I played it again, using a walkthrough on Steam, and felt like it was easier this time. I do love the storyline (although I don't think everything is explained at the end) and I love the point-and-click nostalgia.

Update: I bought all the other episodes first chance I got when I saw them on sale. I wasn't expecting the story to end up being so in depth. Very well written, and worth every penny! Now I'm just sad it's over. Please make more! Loved this! The free episode was much longer than I had expected, the humor was great, puzzles were just right and not impossible without a walkthrough. Only wish I had extra money to buy the other episodes! Will do that once I am able. Keep up the great work!

The game either has 5 stars or it's people complaining about the price. Game developers have to make money somehow. I'd rather pay a few bucks and be done with it than have "pay to win" IAP, endless ads or in some games it's all of the above. Ps. I bought the full game (all 5 episodes) for $10 USD and am enjoying it a lot so far.
