The game runs on auto. Meaning you don't have to do anything but tap your next quest and have it auto run to it. You can turn it off but, with so many players clusterd around quest areas auto makes your target easier to talk to. Leveling up is fast, gear upgrade is basic but simple. Pvp aspects are quite easy. I encountered no problems while playing which was nice. Overall it is pretty straight forward and impossible to get lost when running around. With this I gave it a 3 because the enjoyment factor just wasn't there for me. All and all it isn't bad but, I just liked their other game Seal New World better. If you are interested though try this game out, it isn't bad and does have its good points.
The game is pretty amazing but the drop rate on gear kinda sucks. It is pretty difficult to get gear I know you probably won't change that. I do admit the game could use a bit more stuff to do because doing the same thing every day is a bit boring that's why I rate the game with only a 4.
There is absolutely horrible tech support. When there is a glitch and you figure out how to tell them, they don't answer and do nothing. Right now there is a glitch in the calibration of the touch... Whenever I am in the app and try to touch something it touches far to the right. It makes it impossible to play and they got rid of the one way of communicating issues to them.
Everything about the game itself rocks but their customer service sucks! They lost .y account and still have not fixed the issue. I've spent alot of money on this game. It shouldnt take more than 2-3 days to fix this unless it is happening to everyone. But its not. Ffs fix it!
Okay now I'm pissed off, I play this game a lot in my free time but then your trash game crashed and I uninstalled and it deleted all my characters. If y'all don't fix this, all hell will break loose 😡
Over all I love this game but the customer service is absolutely horrible! As long as you don't have any issues you'll be happy but hold on if you do have any issues because you won't get any help at all! For example, I emailed the developer email list for this app but I was told I contacted the wrong department. I asked for the department I should contact for my issue and I was referred to the "in game help" that doesn't work. I've tried for numerous days to fix this issue but I've had zero success!
