Ratings and reviews

The good: a lot of information and good information about how to get to rides for people who need that (I used to work at HP so I didn't use that feature). The bad: the ride wait times information is awful. either the information doesn't refresh or the app just does not work accurately. The app told us rides were 60 or more minutes only for us to find them at only a 5 or 10 minute wait. Other tides were a 10 minutr wait but were closer to 50 minutes.

Wait times are no longer accurate, and take a while to load. Some said 10min and were 90min. App in 2019 worked pretty well for wait times, so whatever changed between then and 2021 makes that portion unusable. Also the filter function for rides resets too easily, forcing you to pick it over and over. Also, there should be a filter for food type. Right now it's handy to have a map but that's about it.

The app offers a ton of versatility in planning your day ahead of time. It lets you know where rides are on the park, and the height requirements before you even get there. It's only a 3 star review because the system seems to be glitching during my use in the park. The wait times as well as what trodes are open is not accurate, so day of in the park not amazing. But a really good tool to plan ahead of time
