Love this app.. It has great features like the games that count down the craving time for a cigarette. Your so distracted it soon passes. The encouraging badges you earn at each stage are fun too. Plus seeing how much you save and how your health is improving. Great little app that gives encouragement every step of the way 10/10 x
Easy to use and totally keeps me motivated. It's crazy to see how much money I have saved and how many cigarettes I WOULD have smoked if I kept going like I was. The little achievements are a nice touch, kinda keeps you motivated. I'm a gamer so I like to get achievements haha I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone trying to kick this addiction.
I really wanted to quit smoking as I have been a smoker for. 10 years. The first week I installed this app . it was giving me badges and awards and telling me how much money I saved .I would read these notification while on my cigarette break. Feeling guilty...all the time. I decided to beat the urge and played the game 4 times in a row and I realized I beat my urge .thank you app for helping its been 6 days since I had one
Great app. The four star rating is solely out of spite because I don't appreciate feeling SOOOO pressed into submitting not only a review, but a five star review. Literally got asked every other time I opened the app. 'Submit a five star review! Submit a five star review!!!FIVE. STAR. REVIIIIIEEEEWWWWW!!! By the way.... Submit a five star review!!' So yes. The app helped me successfully quit smoking and deserves five stars. But SPITE! Take your four stars and learn!
Loving this app so far...I'm attempting the quit slowly program option and plan to quit cold turkey on Monday. I would like to see other games and the option to set your own personal goals. Also, the total health area confuses me...the circle around each item...is that the progress I've made towards that goal because all of mine are different. Will update review as I use the app more.
Overall, I like the app. I love seeing what health benefits in the first hours and days looks like, and it is motivational to see. I also like the memory game to beat a craving. However, since I am still in the "quit slowly" phase, every time I mark there that I smoked, I have to go back into the main settings and change my quit time. Is there any way that the "quit slowly" section can be linked to and change the quit date to reset the hours? I like seeing the benefits, but is discouraging when I marked in the quit slowly tab that I smoked, but then forget to change the main setting, and then get a notification of "Quit for 1 or 3 hours." When that is in fact false.
Fastest way to get support/help is sending an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org"
-Added timer for last cigarette smoked in quit slowly mode.
-Added notifications when new badges are reached.
Wish you much success in your journey of quitting smoking and beating this habit forever!
