Shopping within the app is a horrible experience because it seems to have cookie issues. As you add products one at a time the previously added item disappears from the cart. Also, when you add an item to the cart it always adds a quality of 2, so you need to manually change it to 1. Other than that the app seems to work fine, but I've only had my humidifiers for 2 days. I will update my review in the future.

the device I was given is incapable from connecting to either a 5 or 2.4 ghz wifi. I have changed WiFi routers, had spectrum come out several times, and have troubleshoot multiple times, to which my device must be defective, which is very sad as I was looking forward to the updates. I am unsure as to how to contact them for assistance or support, and would like a replacement if possible. the device works fine, it just can not connect to Internet and therefore I am unable to use app or update.

Got one of the tower fans recently and decided to download the app and I'm very pleased. It's design is simplistic, modern, and easy to understand and can control every aspect of your fan with ease including a number of different schedules. My only wish for the future is if you could set/activate a schedule depending on the ambient temperature. (It gets hot, fan will detect the temp and will turn on/set the fan speed to a certain value). Either way the app works flawlessly. Would recommend!
