Great app with a great community. Some 9gag-ish posts appear, but the algo filters them out, when you let it learn your preferences. The community is helpful and a lot of fun. Some rants contain a strong language, but this just undermines the meaning of those rants and is a big part of ranting as such. The developers are members of the community as well and are really friendly and open-minded. If you're lucky, they will even like or comment on your rant.
My favorite social network ever. Dev life can be tough, and this makes it just a little bit better through community generated content that's occasionally inspirational, and often hilarious. Plus, it's good to have a place to vent with people who can actually understand the challenges that come with this profession.
The most positive thing about devRant is the community. People are willing to help or share their thoughts and opinions, without judging or discouraging new members. From students to veterans, eveyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
Development done right!! I felt somewhat alone in such a non IT appreciative family, until I found another family in this app :) I would love a im type of thing :)
I really like this app, but I want to make a suggestion for the app, maybe in future it could have an widget with rants for putting in home screen and when you click on one rant you open this rant directly. In general the app is so amazing, and I recommend to everyone to use it.
Needs option to filter out curse words

- Thank you: we are very appreciative of all the positive reviews and feedback. Our team (1 dev and 1 designer) are working extremely hard to fix the remaining bugs in the app. It's one of our top priorities to squash them all
