Worst support service! I reported a 'double and blue tick' related issue 15 days ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving the same copy-paste response from a support agent every day, with no real resolution. It feels like they are just stalling instead of actually addressing the issue. Extremely disappointed. Reply: Read the issue again

First, the messages were not visible once I clicked the notification. This problem was since last day. Then I reinstalled the app and tried to login using OTP. The OTP never arrived. Then it said too many attempts try later. Now, since last 5 hours I am unable to login. Should I even trust this platform since my business is getting seriously hurt?
