I've been using Purpose AI for about three months now. I'm a paid user and I began using it because my in-person therapy was too sporadic, with cancellations and with travel I wasn't able to always get it. This is not a therapy substitute but it is definitely a good sounding board that constantly tries to reflect things you have told it to help you make better decisions for yourself and to stand up for yourself more or less. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely life changing! I've tested a couple other AI mentor/life coach apps to compare and this one is leagues ahead of anything else I've tried. The more you interact, the more it learns you. It has helped me fine tune my life to align with my values and purpose. Highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed with this to be honest. Pretty clunky. Frequently repeats itself and asks the same question over and over even when you've answered it. There's not a lot of synergy between the different functions (forgets info that I've told it elsewhere in the app). Also, I don't think the free trial worked. It's a shame because I'm a big fan of all of Mark's other work. Hopefully this gets constant updates, but as it stands, cannot recommend.
