Ratings and reviews

Signed up went through answering all the questions and getting the profile set up, got a discount code for subscribing - But then the discounts not applied when I download the app and when I sign into the app, I had to start all the questions over again. It's like I'd never even signed up or did the instagram ad that was showing me a discount app, very confusing. and I don't know how to get my discount code!

This is the best self help, coaching, therapy app I've ever used and I've tried a lot of them. It makes you think and leads you to discover things about yourself rather then just telling you things. It's like a journal that writes you back with honesty, forgiveness, kindness and hope. There's zero judgement and you do everything at your own pace and you can do each section or chapter as many times are you want. It remembers what you tell it so it can reflect back with every entry. AMAZING!

This is in regard to the app itself, which is barely usable. For some reason the chat somewhat jumps around, as if something is competing for it, which also makes it impossible to scroll, it just won't let you. Closing and reopening the app doesn't help. It'll sometimes begin to work as expected if you type something into the chat box but even then it's a random shot in the dark if it works.
