I also could not see any descriptions of the four boxes that needed entries to create an account. I also could not see what I was typing. How incredible was the lack of programming skill and the fact nobody seemingly tested the App before making it public. I was told to turn on "Dark Mode", which I was already on. I was also told they knew of the bug and will fix it soon.

What exactly can be said about what I experienced that others have found which is very similar. It seems odd that even with the current updates having no effect on what became me needing to set up an account, ( which has been in effect ever since Heywood was awarded our HOA Mgmt authority) the several tasks to check that my payment has been made and that I had to enter my account # which seemed to not be linked to my primary address which has been the same for 28 yrs somehow was now??? a task!

1 star only because 0 stars doesn't allow a post. This app is currently useless. The sign up page is comprised of blank boxes with no designators or instructions. It is 2026. Am I still expected to order paper checks from my bank in order to pay my HOA fees?
