Horrible on high res phones This game is definitely cool. However, it is almost unplayable on my Note 4. This game doesn't scale to the resolution so the higher res your phone, the more there is on your screen. The problem with this is that it makes the game run really slow. It also makes it very hard to try and control the game, because everything you tap on is super small. There's no zoom option for this. Hopefully the devs can find a solution to this as otherwise the game is quite fun. I just can't play it in its current state.
Still hooked! I had to start again once I purchased the ad-free version but now I'm just over the one hour mark and still can't guess where this awesome story will take me next! A must buy for and FF7, Syndicate, Fallout fan!
Very fun! Great rpg with some customizable features for the characters. If I had to find fault with the game I would just say I wanted to keep playing.
Old school fun The best rpg on the Play store IMO. The gameplay has just the right amount of variety for a phone game. Not just hack and slash, but not too complex either. The interface and controls are easy to learn and use. The combat can be real time, or you can pause it for a more tactical approach. The stylish pixel graphics remind me of old Amiga/SNES games.
My ONLY huge GRIPE is....!!!!! .....why the hell must I tap on each character to activate each of their nano techs in battle.....holy cumbersome and forces you to use the tactical button. Some people want to see the battle flow while being able to attack at the same time, it's 2014 and to my understanding this games been updated tons of times, yet this simple yet massively underrated feature is nowhere to be seen, -1 🌟 just for that. Too short and linear as well.
A Futuristic Baldur's, Neverwinter, or Icewind Dale Man I just finished up Baldur's Gate and I am waiting on BG2EE to be realeased. I may play through BG1 one more time and if BG2EE still isn't out I will put more time into Cyberlords. Either way Cyberlords is on my list of games to finish. Imagine Baldur's Gate set in the future released on Sega Genesis. That is the feeling I have from this game. The gameplay is just like Baldur's but in the future. I love this retro feel to the game but at the same time I think it would be cool for any sequels to offer a bit more graphically. The game does has it's flaws but they are minor (at least the ones I have come across) and none of them so far seem to be game breakers. I have only put about an hour into this game so far and so far the only main complaint I have (which may be resolved when I am farther in the game) is the quests seem to be short. So far I get a quest move maybe one map over and bam there is the solution. Every game of this type though sort of walks you through at the beginning so I have hope that this will change farther down the line. When I have put more time into this game I will come back and adjust my review as neccassary if I feel it even is.
