New update added a popup that tells me notifications are now mandatory. There is absolutely no reason you need to notify me of anything. Different areas of time have different layouts for no reason. One runs well, and the other barely functions. Loads the entire job list before allowing me to enter the number I want to refine the search on. Leads to massive load times and poor performance.

I love the web browser version of hh2 but this Android app needs some work. The Apple/iOS app has way more 5 star reviews and seems to function more efficiently. Our field guys are constantly having to sync, restart their devices or uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. There have also been many times when they attempt to add a job and are unable to (this is even after syncing, updating the app, restarting the device AND uninstalling and reinstalling the app). There is definitely lots of room for improvement and I know hh2 is up to that challenge!

Jenna, we don't typically recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you are encountering issues, because it only temporarily fixes the problem. Honestly curious how you sell this product with all of these accurate reviews. It's almost like you can imagine how good it COULD work. But it doesn't. How are you even still in business? I will be actively advocating for finding a better product as it's hard to imagine any mildly successful business doing WORSE than this.
