The caregiver app for all HHAeXchange users. Not applicable to Texas, Illinois, or Massachusetts.

The HHAeXchange Mobile App empowers caregivers with an easy-to-use app to clock-in and out right from their smartphone.

Seamlessly connected to their agency and available in multiple languages, the Mobile App allows caregivers to view their schedules, get directions to the patient’s home, clock in and out, communicate with their agency, and accept new cases – all while on-the-go.

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): lock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.
Scheduling: See your scheduled visits in real-time. View patient info like demographics, plan of care tasks specific to the patient, and directions to the patient’s home.
Case Broadcasting: Get immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and request or reject it on the spot.
Visit Notes: Easily add comprehensive visit notes, including text, image, and/or recorded audio.
Messaging: Communicate with your agency in real-time through the App’s Message Center.

crappie app. crashes all the time. locks me out so I cannot sign in or out. GPS is a total mess. when it does log in, it sends me to an old client address not the current client one. plus when I can sign in to the appropriate client, it will still say I am 500 ft from them, even if standing right next to them.

Update Feb 10th, 2025. It's getting worse. It takes even longer now to log in, and once it's logged in, it takes awhile for the data to be synced. And the gps location still takes awhile to work. Might as well to use the client's/customer's phone to clock in and out! EVERYTIME when I clock in, the GPS would pin my location over 2000 feet away. I have to go back and forth 5, 6 times just to get the GPS to work

Increasing my review from one star to four. Since the last update, it has not been unresponsive or glitchy. Previous to the update, it was unresponsive almost everytime I used it. It also has a notice at the top of the screen when it is syncing data. This greatly helps, as previously I had no idea why there was a big lag everytime I tried to clock in.
