The app itself works great, except it sends me two alerts exactly at the hour of midnight, that I have an upcoming visit (with my client) which isn't scheduled to take place until 11 hours later. I keep my phone next to me on my nightstand, just in case my client might need me in case of an emergency, and the alert wakes me up every time. I of course check my phone everytime because I'm not sure what time it is, or if it's my client or somebody else trying to contact me. It's very annoying.

The amount of times I get Error Code 500 : Cannot connect to server is abysmal, this app is a nightmare for the medical field. another gem is even tho it shows my clock in and out times for visits, there's a notice for that day saying time sheet required- why? It shows my clock in and out times clearly! I constantly have to get in touch with my payroll department to make sure they are getting accurate info from this app AND it constantly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix issues!

This is by far the worst clock-in app I've ever seen. It takes forever to load, it crashes, it's just horrible. But if you don't use it, you don't get paid, and I don't think it calculates correctly. Last week my check was short 6 hours, but I know I clocked in and out every day. And the really messed up thing is they know this app sucks and they will not adjust your hours or correct when the app crashes or fails.
