SEGUL GUI is a high-performance and accessible phylogenomic tool. The app provides functions to manipulate and summarize large-scale genomic data in a fast and easy way. It has a growing list of features. Current version can do:

1. Alignment concatenation, filtering, splitting, and conversion.
2. Alignment, genomic read, and contig summary statistics.
3. Sequence extraction, removal, translation, and renaming.
4. Sequence ID extraction and mapping.

What's new

We are continuously updating SEGUI, introducing new features and improvements in this release.

1. View Large Tabular Data
- You can now comfortably explore large tabular data within SEGUI. You can view summary statistics for large genomic datasets without third party applications. We also formatted the numbers to make it easy to read.

2. Enhanced Help Text Descriptions
- We've revamped our help text to provide clearer explanations.
