Doesn't work. Tried to get help/support and it kept telling me to check the app I was already on. Clearly in a zone marked ok and marked parking but app kept telling me I was in a no ride zone. I tried everything 10 times and no luck. Seems like a scam just wanting credit card numbers. Disappointing.

neuron was bought out and has left users in limbo during the transition, not allowing the purchase of passes. there has been no communication from the company, no warning of the changes or lack of availability. very unprofessional.

Was unable to park at the end of my ride. I went to several "designated parking" zones and attempted to park. It would not let me. This was extremely frustrating wasting my time and money.
