About this app

Bambi is a dispatch platform for medical transportation companies, with a web app for dispatchers to assign and manage trips, and a mobile app for drivers to manage their daily trip schedules.

The app also facilitates real-time vehicle location tracking. When a driver starts their shift, the app begins sending location data to the dispatcher so that they can coordinate trips with passengers, payers, and other drivers. When a driver ends their shift, location tracking is turned off.

glitchy, logs me out on calls, doesn't let me switch between on route, arrived, and departure.

incorrect map details, trip map shown on completed trip even shows me driving THROUGH lakes, newest update now will not autofill password which is a MAJOR PAIN. status reminders are constant and wrong

Driver review. The address, if I click in the Bambi app may take you near the address, not to it. I OFTEN just look at the address in Bambi and just type it in Google maps. Safe Ride is better in my opinion. I do like the vehicle report stuff tho. 5 stars on that. That's neat. Just fix the address to GPS and I'll love the app. Lastly the 5 seconds to say weather I've started a trip or ended, that could be 3. Or even 2. 5 is to long.
