Ratings and reviews

Great Internet speeds but sometimes takes a lot of time to connect and sometimes it just turns off randomly in the middle of a web surf. If those are fixed it's a great VPN

Been using this for 7 years but now the VPN keeps dropping on my phone. It works perfectly on my computer. On the phone it works for a while then it just hangs and will not connect. Tech support says reinstall, yes that works but have to do it daily which is not an option. Update: 3/2/23. The VPN has now stopped working on my ASUS router and on my phone when I connect to Ireland it actually connects to a Spanish server. I have contacted support 3 times but 2 weeks later I have had no reply.

Services do not work as they should. I need to connect to a specific geo, but I am just getting connected to some random location, sometimes Germany, sometimes UK, mostly US. Bought 3 yr subscription. There is 0 support. No response to anything. Anywhere. Written off the funds, but going elsewhere.
