None of the buttons on the support page work. I sent a message to customer support but can't get back in to messages to read their reply.

The screen for the app is blink after I signed in and says let's get started and then it goes blink after that it's not down loading the rest of the app

Do you think you could get it to actually work? It always gets stuck on setting up 2 factor authentication.
