This app used to be great, but it is trash now. I'm trying to force their users into using passcodes you most ENTER YOUR FULL PASSWORD EVERY TIME. (It used to be a pin). Not only that, but now I can't log in with my PC without opening the app first, and adding it as a trusted device (even if it's not trusted, and I'm just logging in from a hotel, for example). I hate everything about the user experience of this app, and high plains Bank doesn't seem to care at all.

Nice Banking App. Easy to use. Has ability to chat with live local banker during business hours.

The app works great, opens every time. Once I set up the biometrics it works forever. The bank itself is even better!
