It was working when I first installed it and it showed me all the information I needed to see. Now I have to start calling my payments in or physically go up their because something went wrong and it won't let me make my payment. IT'S very annoying and they need to get it fixed

The app is not up to date on payments made. My app is still showing the date of May 24, 2019. Its October. Also, I feel i am being over charged. My account was set to be paid off a few weeks ago and it still says I owe $631.27...I will be getting together proof of my payments. Be careful when using this app. Its a way for them to scam.

It use to work great but now get an error message whenever I go to account and it's not updating payment information. It shows last payment was in September which isn't correct. Please fix so I can see the correct number of payments I have left.
