1 out of 5 because 0 isn't an option. Worst application for tracking important information like health insurance. My saved log-in doesn't work. Email and user ID doesn't exist to reset the password. Email is already in the system, so I can't register again. This thing is broken.

If I could give a 0 I would. This company took my money for a payment when my account was closed & I got some lame excuse that I was a few hours past the time it was to be canceled. I am on disability and every penny I get I need. So the 245.00 they took from me was money I needed for bills. And I didn't have the insurance anymore so they got free money from me. The other point is they didn't cover a darn thing. What's the point of paying for health insurance when it doesn't help you?

The app doesn't tell you much. You can not see or track your claims, which is what is needed. I need to know, from when I used the service house much the insurance paid and what is left over for my cost. The app only outlines the premium. Do more
