Unfortunately the app for Android is useless. I'm not wasting more time to explain why cause virtually every function doesn't work properly. You could start with Location finder. It finds closest locations but I use one of a different zip. Everytime the app malfunctions, it takes me back to the top, not to my selected salon. So aggravating! You should hire me to do software testing.

Great service and stylists team. However, this application is very slow. It has a big flaw that affect other stylists, is that once you book one stylist, the application only shows that name next time, does not allow you to change to another stylist, if the last is not available, it only shows the name of the last one you use, forcing the customer to make a call to schedule an appt. please fix it.

This app is horrendous. It will deny every booking attempt at the location that I have been going to for 5+ years now no matter what time I choose or stylist. Then a half an hour to an hour later, I have 7 bookings confirmed and have to cancel all but one. Fix your app. It should not be this difficult to get a haircut. I've got an appointment finally after this ordeal, but this is the last time. I'm done. I rarely leave reviews, but this is ridiculous.
