Generally the app is pretty good. I managed to accidentally create two accounts (one by email, one using Google auth) and I keep getting confused between the two. fwiw security-wise .. the app has some bugs when logging out and then logging in with another account. It will often randomly show the prior login's data. Killing the app and restarting it usually fixes it.

Faulty app. Doesn't accept my payment and booking confirmations fall through. I paid twice for a reservation and my card was billed twice, yet the host never recieved my booking confirmation and the app didn't recognize my booking (although the insurance company sent out a confirmation number twice). There is no customer service line and the app has a 72hr queue for the next available agent. Absolutely hot garbage this app. Great idea, horrible excecution. Super unhappy. The host was very kind.
