Rooms keep shifting around the screen in beta
I was excited by the premise, however nothing seems to work right. 1 of my 6 vents just simply refuses to show up in the app, although it blinks 3 times to signal that is is connected. FAQ talks about inputting room information and analyzing the room, but my only options are room nickname and thermostat zone (which is greyed out). Very confusing since their own support website doesn't match what the app shows. I love the idea, but please spend some time implementing the features you promised and a stable app!
In my 6 months with the system and 11 vents with 6 rooms, the app is pretty good. I have had problems with the vents losing connection to the hub but that has nothing to do with the app. I think the biggest improvement needs to come from connectivity issues with the vents and the hub...
Update: Had an issue with the Keen bridge, contacted support and Daniel did some backend work that got me up and running. Waiting for the release of temperature sensors to complete the system. App needs a little polish but works. Old: Vents work great with Samsung Smart Hub but only in manual mode. Looking forward to the automation with Nest thermostat.
Holding off on vents until App is fixed. Doesn't support Canadian postal codes meaning you need to put a fake U.S. zip code to create an account. Doesn't support Celsius even though EcoBee is set to display it. You need to also select a U.S. time zone which is not a biggie but the other items need to be fixed.
I think this is becoming a slow death. No updates for some time and most of the original promised features are still not here. Oh well
