Ratings and reviews

WAS a good program, worked very well until the last update, now it crashes every time it attempts to load orders. I wish I stayed with service fusion. Is there a way to roll it back or fix it? Android, Samsung S51 Attempting to contact customer service, no luck so far.

No support here, I sent an email for some and it bounced back to me saying I have been blocked, I just got the Software on my Desktop, figured I would try the App, but it just constantly tries to load and never does.

Great idea for an app and even more potential. I don't know if they have a Dev team but it sure doesn't seem like it. We have had hippo for years with zero app updates or improvements. I know it's not hard to code in different features. As much as you make people pay you would think there would be more to offer
