Bad support for Android compared to IOS App forces a restart when you select a picture to view in the gallery. The layout in IOS is much better compared to Android I would expect the same support for an app that requires payment.
UNappy Couple The desktop website and even the mobile website formats are fantastic. Beautiful and functional, I am proud to send my wedding guests to my wedding website. When it comes to the app though, I feel as though I need to tell guests specifically NOT to download the app. The menu is hard to navigate back to, the beauty of the original website is lost, and the design feels cramped and blah. For a company that has "appy" in it's name, you'd think this would be a much better service for the money spent.
Website is great, but the "appy" is crappy Limited features on the app. Cannot edit through the app. Only a couple of the menu items show (NOT the events or important details!!) and it is hard to log out. The website is incredible, though. We love the web version. But the app is very disappointing--especially considering that the name is APPy couple.
Website great, app drains power As stated many times below, the website is fantastic. I even like the app and don't see too many issues with navigation or anything. But this app just robs all power from my phone (S6). Fiance has the same phone and same problem, so its definitely this app. Can't fix it by turning off notifications or any other way, so will uninstall the app and use the website. Too bad when your name is part of the APPeal that you can't get the basic premise right...
How can an app be so slow? Really buggy and un-intuitive. Guys, work more on the UX and UI. Use Google and Apple's guidelines...
Great idea! Bad execution. While the website & app design has some room for improvement, I could live with it if there were fewer technical issues. App is choppy and glitchy and recently caused major issue on my phone. Have had AppyCouple installed and signed in since late last year, however, I began experiencing a strange issue with my phone about a month or two ago. After WiFi connects to a network, it just keeps Scanning... never actually refreshing the list of networks. After MUCH troubleshooting (including restoring my phone to factory settings) I was able to narrow down the cause (much to my dismay) to AppyCouple. It seems AFTER I've signed in the issue starts happening again. Logging back out does not fix it, but uninstalling the app does. Would LOVE a fix to this before any of my guests have to deal with it.
