Most staffing apps require very little to join. Quick application, cheat your way through some “skill tests”, and you’re set to work.

That’s not us. If you want to become a Tender, you’re going to have to interview for it. We want to meet you. We want to know what you’re good at, what you’re all about. And we want you to get to know us, and what we’re all about.

Once you’re approved, you’ll have access to thousands of jobs per week working with our clients. And as long as you’re providing the quality of service we promise, you’ll get great gigs, make great money, and have opportunities to grow within the Tend ranks.

I like the way the app is arranged. Definitely one of the easiest gig apps to navigate that I have encountered. It did take me a little bit to connect the account with Everee, but all runs smoothly. This app has made the most jobs available to me in comparison to many others. 👍🏾

There is little to no communication. When you do attempted to communicate with the Tend team it's often met with irritable responses, as if you're a bother and shouldn't be contacting them in the first place. Recently I was not paid for a shift and I now have to file a dispute for $50!! I do shows, they refuse to give me a list of people scheduled to work the shows day of and frequently understaff. When this happens they generally ignore you and force you to work understaffed. 0/5.

This app is vague on details, such as how to set-up payment, reaching help. Most these apps that I use, like Bluecrew and Adia have you set-up your information in the app when you sign up, not in piece meal. It lacks transparency and how do I know if I work a gig, that I am going to get paid. I shouldn't have to guess.
