Most staffing apps require very little to join. Quick application, cheat your way through some “skill tests”, and you’re set to work.

That’s not us. If you want to become a Tender, you’re going to have to interview for it. We want to meet you. We want to know what you’re good at, what you’re all about. And we want you to get to know us, and what we’re all about.

Once you’re approved, you’ll have access to thousands of jobs per week working with our clients. And as long as you’re providing the quality of service we promise, you’ll get great gigs, make great money, and have opportunities to grow within the Tend ranks.

Trash. There's rarely ever any positions available, and then when there are and you apply for them, most of them turn you down. At none of my other companies do I have to actually apply for each shift I want: if it's available I take it. This app is a waste of time, playing guessing games as to whether or not you'll actually get work. They have favorites. Give others a chance. Then they text you the day of asking if you're free when someone cancels, like ppl don't have lives. Not very efficient.

The app has been freezing and crashing more this season than ever as well. This is getting to the point where it is getting too difficult to manage accepting and applying for spots. This is the only app I have on my Samsung Galaxy that behaves like this as well. Any help would be great as I would like to continue getting shifts from Tend if the bugs can be worked out!

Terrible experience with this company. They have their preferred people who they choose for most of the jobs. Worked with them a couple of times. After that any possible jobs I applied for was denied. But they do love to text you last minute to ask you for coverage when one of their people cancels. Not sure why they hire people if they don't intend on actually giving them work. The app design is nice, but it does freeze. Very unorganized, good luck if you get hired.
