The latest app update doesn't work. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Black loading screen with the logo for days. Program never loads. Would have been 4 stars for the previous version that at least loaded 4 out of 5 times. edit: Connect life response is beyond disappointing. They are aware of the issue, the end. My advertised smart AC now turns on whenever it feels like it from previous settings, and I can no longer access the app to alter the programming. useless app, useless "support."

Abysmal app. I have only owned my washing machine 2 weeks. And in that time the app has signed me out 3 times itself.. Every time I try and sign back in it says my password is wrong. It's not. I reset it (to exactly what it was) and it let's me back in. And the cycle repeats until today. Now I've changed password and IT'S NOT ACCEPTING IT. so now I'm locked out of the app and can't use the remote app features. Brilliant

I tried to sign in using my Microsoft login, but app crashed and would not allow me to do that again. After pulling enough teeth to get signed up, it still won't let me use the app. Keeps cycling between user agreement and data policy screens. No matter how many times I click agree, it just goes to the other agreement. Is there a purpose to this app?? Can I give less than 1 star for the broken/frustrating experience? Is it worth the headache to monitor my dehumidifier? All signs point to NO.
