We lodged that compliant more than one month still not resolve. Your engineer told us that there's a sensor problem it's up to one month and that part still pending. Send that part ASAP and we already sent email your national head service Mr. Rajesh Nagari 3 time nobody contact us
Pathetic service. Have booked the service twice and both times it has been cancelled. The service guy was supposed to come tomorrow and suddenly I got the message that my service call has been cancelled as I don't require the service anymore. It's pathetic and unprofessional. Outside services who charge lesser than you are far more professional than you guys.
I've called 5 times now. They said they'll come with the part in 2-3 days and it's been 10 days already. Everytime I call they say they're sorry and they will put in a strong reminder and that I'll get a call from them but I've yet to recurve a single call! This is beyond pathetic. Empty promises and no updates either. Also, the app is the worst customer care app I've ever used. Logging in is a pain and doesn't work.
The app is always down. Phone numbers mentioned on the Amc contract are wrong. Website is also not updated with new numbers. My lot of effort i got the customer care number and called there and get told me site is down and call again after an hour. The first big challenge is to reach the customer and lodge. Let's after lodging complaint how long will Hitachi take to fulfill the complaint
Hi, I purchased AC from Bajaj Electronics on 10th April 2017 and got it delivered and installed on 13th April. Because of the inefficiency of technicians, there's water leakage inside the flat. I've informed Hitachi and there is not even any response from any of them. Inefficient technicians and Inefficient management. pathetic service. regretting buying an AC from such a worst company
Honestly the most pathetic customer care service ever. Do what you want, no one will attend to your complaints. Register a complain/mail them/ Reach out to the management, you just get a mail that your request will be attended shortly and that 'Short' time lasts forever. Its been a week since i have registered a complaint about my brand new AC but they havent reverted. I don't if they are getting it fixed this summer.
