The app is always down. Phone numbers mentioned on the Amc contract are wrong. Website is also not updated with new numbers. My lot of effort i got the customer care number and called there and get told me site is down and call again after an hour. The first big challenge is to reach the customer and lodge. Let's after lodging complaint how long will Hitachi take to fulfill the complaint
Honestly the most pathetic customer care service ever. Do what you want, no one will attend to your complaints. Register a complain/mail them/ Reach out to the management, you just get a mail that your request will be attended shortly and that 'Short' time lasts forever. Its been a week since i have registered a complaint about my brand new AC but they havent reverted. I don't if they are getting it fixed this summer.
Service is very pathetic and very poor. Noble Aircon whom you have given the contract for Servicing sends the teenager guys who are not even 10th pass. And they don't have any product knowledge. They just fool the people and try to mislead by telling wrong things and argue baseless.
worst service..purchased ac last year and booked service. The technician came and reported that one part is required to be replaced. It was told by him that it would be replaced within two days but even after 13 days no one has turned up. Whenever I call over customer care, it is answered that part is still awaited...sent an email to customer care two days back even it is also not responded.. I was given local service centre contact numbers that are also not reachable... what a pathetic service... Repenting my decision to buy ac from Hitachi...
Very Pathetic service. A split AC was purchased on 31 May from Croma, Seawoods & still begging for them for installation. Worse after sale service from Hitachi. The authorised service provider of Hitachi is utterly irresponsible & unprofessional. It was my fault for going to Hitachi. Not recommended better to go for Voltas.
Extremely bad bad service... The person came was not from Hitachi... It's a local servicemen... He just came to see the ac... I mentioned the problem... He told me to wait for 3-4 days as he is so busy and charged me 550 rupees for just coming home and overthat he didn't return after 3-4 days to resolve the issue,, then didn't receive my call and switched off mobile... What a pathetic service this was... Still ac is not working and we suffering from heat... Hitachi it's shameful service and plz close down this app if it's not going to help the customers...
