This program is a lifesaver, and it is always improving. Plus, it has an AI chat feature that is actually useful so you can truly manage all of your taxes on your own. I switched from another tool, and it was so worth it!

My account is being logged out constantly every few weeks causing me to miss important notifications like tax deadlines.

My main bank account stopped syncing over two weeks ago, and support still hasn’t fixed it. They call it a “hard problem to solve”, which makes me doubt the reliability of the software and their troubleshooting capacity. I paid for a yearly plan I can’t use and was only offered a free month for a software that may or may not work for me in the future. I don’t even want to imagine if this happened around a tax filing deadline. Won’t use again. 0/5
