Thank you I have daily anxiety and sometimes attacks. I have played this nightly over three weeks. Today I was getting anxious in a store. I went out to my car, put my seat back, and played about 10 minutes of this then went back in. What a difference it made. Helped me calm right down and finish my errands. Thank you so much for making this available to the public :)
Don't Panic I have been using this app for several months now in fact,since last year. It has helped me relax and sleep well. Also improved my reactions, as when I used to panic I no longer do as it has taught me how to cope in stressful situations. I will continue to use this app and go to sleep relaxed.I thank Andrew and this app is well worth having.
Great for accepting what we can't change, and responding with peace and calm. I like being able to choose longer or shorter preparation time, and repeats of the therapy section before waking up or going to sleep.

I've been using this app every night to help me sleep for the past 7 or 10 days and already it's making a huge difference. My partner works out of town and the anxiety I feel when he's gone and I'm alone in the house feels insurmountable at times - it affects my ability to relax and sleep and these recordings help immensely. I wake up before my alarm feeling rested. I use 'peace and calm' as a sort of mantra in times of high stress. I have dealt with severe depression for a long time and getting enough restful sleep and having an additional coping mantra has helped me with the depression, also. Andrew's voice is reassuring and very calming, a literal beacon in the dark depths of anxiety that sometimes overwhelm me when I'm trying to sleep. The app is well worth the money spent and has had a significant impact in my life in a very short time.
