As this is absolutely NOT made clear in the app description, the fee for this 'app' gets you 2x audio recordings and a bunch of links to the authors social media sites where you can purchase a monthly/annual subscription for more content so calling this an 'app' is a bit of a stretch. I can't comment on the efficacy of the hypnotherapy session, I've only used it once, but purely based on my 'onboarding' I don't feel good about the experience so far to be honest.

I really enjoyed the experience but it did not stop my drinking. In my opinion it is a huge ask to expect a seasoned drinker to suddenly stop all together. It almost sets one up for failure because anyone who has been drinking heavily for decades will find it almost impossible to just stop overnight. Personally i would suggest to aim for an ongoing reduction in consumption. Having said that i really doubt that Andrew has ever been a heavy drinker, it's mostly theory without personal experien

I drank everyday, honestly a bottle of wine after work and on weekends. Any excuse to have a drink I was. The hangovers and the moods I was in was affecting my family life. I have tried alcohol free days but they did not last. Found this app and gave it a go. A bit weird at start but kept persisting, every night I relax and really listen to Andrews words. I feel my body go into a deep state. I am on day 10 and don't have cravings or the need to drink. This is saving me and I am very thankful.
