Use Properly as Suggested If there is better apps than Andrew Johnson you have a duty to tell the nation. Please don't leave feedback after first try do what the guy says and give it three weeks once a day then come back. I have never meditated in my life- and the loss has been mine. From one Scotsman to another thanks Andrew. Really helpful when the mind and body needs a boost. The only thing is if you use these is have a little belief and open your mind.
Great! I don't usually rate apps but this one surprised me. I'm in college and I was looking for an alarm for a quick power nap after taking three exams and before starting my homework. I saw this and decided to give it a try and wow! I didn't even notice that I had fallen asleep until I woke up and realized that he was telling me to wake up. I woke up feeling great and now I can type this paper! :)
Life saver! As an older returning student who is burning the candle at both ends (and no longer very equipped to do so) this app is just what I need at this point in the semester. I woke with way more energy from my nap than I started with, and didn't even realize that I had slept!
On the fence still but looks positive Tried at night. Did not fall asleep but it definitely had an effect, noticing it ironically stopped me from going under. However I'm gonna give it another go as I was in a bit of a slump and my spirits are much higher today, possibly as a result though it could be chance. Defo worth a shot.
EFFECTIVE!! HIGHLY REC!!! This is my first and most likely only review on an app because I wanted to share my experience on how relaxing it is. It really is perfect. I have used it countless times. Often times, even when I am sleep deprived and exhausted, I can't seem to shut off my brain and relax but this app knocks me out quickly. I'm so thankful for it and love it! The doctor's accent is soothing and his tone and pacing is just excellent!!
The best I suffer from severe migraines and I have many triggers but my main trigger is stress, whether it be emotional, mental or physical stress. Whenever I feel like I have a migraine coming I just put my headphones on and do this. It is quite long, nearly 40 minutes but it helps me so much. I love his voice. I've tried other apps from Andrew Johnson but this is the best for deep relaxation :)
