Wow My first time trying this app. Andrews voice is just so relaxing and easy to listen to you can't help but do everything he says. I was nodding off before listening to this and now I feel amazing and ready to take on the world.
Worked better then expected Decided to give this a shot the other day, and it worked perfectly. Fell asleep right around the countdown ending, and realized I was awake when the wake up countdown hit 6... I highly recommend this!
Amazing never felt better I usually wake up in the mornings very sore and after using this app at nights it has calm those aching bones and eased my mind to have a great nights sleep. :-)
Amazing Went to bed with a headache, put this on and took a painkiller. Fell asleep well before the end and woke up half an hour later feeling very well rested. Now listen to it every night and it really helps me switch off. To answer questions as to how long the power nap lasts, the app only helps you fall asleep. If you want a short nap, you'll need to set an alarm!
Highly recommended! I suffer from insomnia, migraines, and anxiety pretty regularly. These apps have really helped! I have tried other mediation and self -hypnosis apps, but Andrew Johnson has a soothing voice and useful visualizations that I have not found elsewhere. He walks you through the relaxation process, and the apps have a few useful custom features to shorten the time or use at night for bed. I have gotten quite a bit of use out of most of these apps!
Actually worked Very skeptical at first. Gave it a try and it put me down for a little power nap. Woke me up too. Nice little app. Remember it works best if you're in an environment conducive to sleeping. If you slam an energy drink and expect this app to put you down like that. You're going to be disappointed. I really enjoy this app for a afternoon nap to power me through the rest of a hectic day.
