If the citizen's municipality does not appear in the options on the home screen, or if the citizen is unable to request certain information or documents, it is recommended that they check directly with the entity or public agency about the agreement with the application.
Although the application seeks to offer accurate and accessible services 24 hours a day, the availability and operation of the services are subject to the user's infrastructure and connection conditions. The application depends on data provided by public agencies and, therefore, the accuracy and speed of processing may vary.
The Services Portal is not responsible for any failures, delays or inconsistencies caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, unavailability of public agency services, internet connection problems or user usage errors. The Services Portal is a solution focused on the digital transformation of public services.
Through the Services Portal, citizens can access public services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without having to go to the responsible agency.

SELF-SERVICES
These are services that do not depend on human intervention; citizens request them themselves and are immediately attended to. Some require a login and others do not, always focused on providing greater agility and security for accessing the service.

DIGITAL SERVICES
These are services that depend on human intervention and, often, on document analysis.
With the Service Portal, the user can request the service and attach the respective required documentation.
After requesting, the process will be forwarded to the department/server responsible, who will continue with the procedures until the process is concluded.
The applicant can monitor the process progress in real time, as well as add new documents if necessary and evaluate the service.
The municipality can provide any public service according to its needs.
The Services via Digital Process can involve all areas of the municipality, such as COLLECTION, PURCHASES AND BIDDING, HEALTH, EDUCATION, CONSTRUCTION, CULTURE, ENVIRONMENT, SPORTS, among others.
BENEFITS FOR THE CITIZEN, MUNICIPALITY AND ENVIRONMENT:
ZERO PAPER. By using the system, there is no need to present copies of documents. Everything is done through digital files.
In addition, there is no need to travel to the agency to access public services, eliminating queues and bringing more agility to the citizen and the public administration.
