In software development, each release should focus on improvement not degrading the it. This is probably the worst most buggy app I've used and each new update just make it worse!

What a completely worthless app. After checking the app and the website I drove 15km only to discover that the movie times don't match the times shown on the app, so I wasted my journey. The cinema was at Central Samui. In fact the times were wrong for all movies. The staff just told me the app hadn't been updated. I just checked again and it's still showing the wrong times. The website also shows the times 100% incorrect!

Removing reserve button is the worst decision major group ever made. I'll never pay via app since I cannot apply AIS promotions on it. SF app is waaaay better. One word, ห่วยมาก

Can't book any ticket. Crash everytime when clicking on showtime. Also too many ads when loading the app. Need to change destination to SF movie theatre right after being unable to book the ticket.

ห่วยมาก ถ้าอัพเดทแล้วจะห่วยขนาดนี้อย่าเปลืองงบ develop เลย, bluetooth จะเปิดเองเพื่อ? เช็ครอบหนังก็ยาก, ค้าง, หน่วง... บางทีก็อยากเช็คว่ามีหนังอะไรฉายที่โรงไหนบ้าง เวลาไหนบ้าง จะได้แพลนการเดินทางถูก ถ้าเวอร์ชั่นเดิมก็เปิดหน้า Movie โชว์โรงหลายๆที่และรอบให้เลยในหน้าเดียว, พอมาเวอร์ชั่นนี้ ต้องมานั่งไล่ดูรอบทีละโรง เข้าหน้า Movies แทนที่จะมีรอบหลายๆโรงให้เลือกดู ก็ดันขึ้นมาโรงเดียว แถมโรงอะไรก็ไม่รู้ขึ้นมาเองมั่วๆ แก้ไขด่วนใช้แล้วหงุดหงิดมาก

Very difficult to use in every way. Slowest thing ever exists in this universe. After reading the review I still wonder why this got rate of 4.1 because 90% of review are all rate at 1. How is that possible?? Or maybe they paid something? To get the high rate? Perhaps?

This app worsen my experience with Major group as a whole. Obviously, it happens with others too. I blame your board decision of app dev you chose, including app devs themselves. The feedback here tells enough of you guys commitment to your own work. I have waited like forever and no one seems to do something to fix it. Shame.

They made new app around 1 year already. So yesterday I bought tickets to 22.20. The app showed me I bought tickets on 18 May. Yesterday was May 17!!! I truly believe that 22.20 is still yesterday). OMG what developers had been making for one year?
