Even after I subscribed, everything was still locked. Called and had the subscription cancelled, got charged another couple months before I realized it. Called again, they only refunded 2 months. Cancelled the subscription again- still being charged. The phone number listed in the app to contact customer service doesn't work. Email came back with an error. nightmare. buyer beware.

Continually crashes whenever I try to open the app. I downloaded it and can't even get past the title screen before it closes.

We are sorry this didn't meet your expectations, Jessica. The service is listed as "In App Purchases" in Play Store, which is the only option to show "free downloaded trial, subscription service." In the product description, we do make the subscription plans clear. I hope you subscribe and give it a chance!
