Love the store, truly dislike the app. It is very difficult to see the yarn, unable to enlarge. The filters sometimes don't work. Using the back button sends me to the home page. I liked the app before the updates, and I am finding that the update really hinders pleasant shopping. I am usually pretty tech savvy, but this app really frustrates me. Please fix the update, I love this store but the website/app needs a lot of help.

Horrible shopping layout! It's impossible to shop online using this app. The interface needs a serious upgrade because when you choose a category to shop in, if you click on a specific product to see details and add to your cart, you CANNOT GO BACK TO THE SEARCH PAGE YOU WERE ON!!! Once you click an item, you see that item and if you press back button, it takes you back to the homepage! Driving me nuts trying to shop! What's the point of having categories and filters to search products??! Awful.

Super glitchy. Back button takes you back to the homescreen instead of your previous search. Keyboard no longer works when trying to sign in, add multiple quantities of items or when attempting to search anything unless you use the search bar on the homepage. (My fiancé also has this issue on his phone) It wasn't always like this. Hopefully it will be fixed! Love the store! Just can't stand the technical difficulties.
