great for beginners i have used some app to learn Japanese but many of them are using simulated voice instead of from real person, which makes it hard to hear clearly. This app has most frequently used sentences read by real person. The price tag is very reasonable. Even with the free version it is still pretty good for beginners.

Old Review was rated as 2 stars.. but I had misunderstood about how much it was to upgrade . Good app but you need to pay about $ 40.00 more for EACH aditional category.⬇️ Here's the new review .☆ 5 STARS ☆ This app is absolutely amazing there is a TON of very useful phrases that are pronounced perfectly ( my wife is from Japan ) and those were her words . I had thought it was 2.99 for each lesson , but I was wrong and I owe the developer an apology. It's $ 2.99 for the enire set of lessons

Found a bug where u can't go to the previous slide. I'm currently using Huawei P30 Pro
