Great for determining which exercises work which muscles, but the predetermined workout routines are a joke. A workout routine for chest biceps and triceps is almost 40 exercises and it tells you to do 3 sets of each. The "quick" workout routine is 30 exercises with 3 sets each. This app is great for an experienced lifter because they can create their own routine, but it can truly mislead a beginner. If they were to follow the actual workout routines they will either hurt themselves or lose motivation by doing almost 30 exercises in one sitting. Also, having to choose which machine you have everytime you open the app is beyond annoying.
Doesn't work After using this app for 3 months it suddenly stopped and prevented me from accessing my workout data. The ability to track my workout data is what provided value to me. Without the data the app has no value.
A useful app, but why do I have to tell it what machine I have every time I start it? This REALLY needs a user setting page to define it permanently. Also, it takes up a lot of memory. Why doesn't it lwt us load it to an SD card, if available?
