The Hola Barcelona app is useful if you want to find tourist information, but doesn't provide as much practical use as I'd like. To improve the user experience, allow digital transport/attraction card usage via QR codes/NFC and don't require people to pick up passes at kiosks. Add filters to transport and attractions searches to eliminate ones that aren't included in the Hola pass, such as showing A1/A2 transport lines or attractions that require a cost versus those that are free.

This mostly great App has 2 issues: 1 - it claims to cover ALL of Zone 1, but DOESN'T work on some regular buses, 2nd, the advertising gives the impression that it's the complete transit solution - & it is pretty great. Imagine our surprise when our ticket was rejected on the 1st bus we tried! In our area, in Zone 1, there were no TMB buses. The point is - for new tourists, who know nothing about the local transit, the explanation is NOT CLEAR ENOUGH! You will need to pay extra for AMB buses.

Useless. You can buy the ticket, but then it won't show the qr code when you press redeem, so you'll end up at the ticket vending machines to print the ticket.Tried on Android and iPhone.
