Ratings and reviews

It's a legit app but don't order from them if you need your items right away. The delivery period takes a lifetime. Maybe mine is an isolated case but they also committed error on providing my address to the GLS courier thus more complications are encountered upon delivery. I had to contact them numerous times and the GLS courier too but it has been almost a month now and i haven't received my orders yet. It's a mess.

change of the basket's functionality!! items in the basket are no longer kept for 15 min. so it's a waste of time! we shop items, putting them progressively in the basket. but these items can disappear. once we are ready to check-out, we get "some items are out of stock". those items were available at the moment we put them in the basket. you want to create urgency and pressure to purchase faster. instead you create frustration. loosing my interest in your services

what a mess this app is... What's going on inside the dev team? Not to mention dev management. The previous version seemed to be the most stable so far with filters and sorting actually working. Today I opened the app and it's a totally different method for filtering and sorting (couldn't even find sort), which has no improvements at all since the previous version. My biggest complaint is definitely the app. The service itself normally functions quite well.
